Highlighted by the phrase “Restore… Renew… Reimagine…” plans for the proposed additions and renovations to the historic Moffat Library building were unveiled at the Library last month. Located in the center of the Village of Washingtonville, on the corner of Main Street and Route 208, the Moffat Library’s distinctive building sustained water damage during one of the area’s catastrophic storms and the library, its contents and employees have temporarily moved to a new space in Campbell Hall. The Library is looking forward to returning to the center of Washingtonville, restoring and updating the building to benefit the community as a library and community center.
