Starting with our standard Kent plan, they selected a few of our structural options and added many of their own changes. On the exterior, a third car garage; the front porch extended to create place to sit to enjoy the view; and beautiful waterline of stone wrapped around the front of the home. The deck was enlarged to a stunning size, perfect for enjoying the backyard on a quiet afternoon or entertaining a large group of family and friends.
Rather than having a formal dining room and separate eat-in kitchen, the kitchen was moved into the dining room space, opening up the whole rear of the home, side to side. The continuous 
oak flooring in the dining area and family room allows the furniture to be rearranged and room sizes changed as needed.
Cabinetry was added to the kitchen, and the island sized to the new room with a granite overhang for seating, and a beverage center for additional drinks and convenience when entertaining.
With the addition of the 3rd car garage, the cozy sitting room adjacent to the master bedroom was expanded to a large room to be used as a dressing area with walls of closets. The two standard walk-in closets in the master bedroom were combined into one gigantic closet, allowing for his & hers dressing rooms.
The master bath was redesigned to showcase the luxurious ceramic tile master shower and sumptuous soaking tub. A gorgeous sliding barn-style door the homeowner fell in love with, was incorporated into the design as well.
