Rieger Homes is proud to introduce the latest star in our award-winning line-up of home styles – The Craftsman Ranch!  This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was designed in answer to requests from several of our customers for an easy living, open floor plan, ranch style home.  The response has been phenomenal!

Nothing but praise for this all American, Craftsman style appearance.  Gorgeous details such as the deep, rocking-chair front porch with stunning cultured stone porch pillars, the cedar shakes in the front gables, and sharp, wide lineal framing windows showcasing prairie grilles.  And that is before you walk into this inviting, comfortable home.

Stroll from the family sized foyer, past the study, into the grand, open living space of the family room, kitchen and dining nook.  Volume ceilings in the family room and kitchen bring oohs and ahhs, even before you take in the other details.  A welcoming fireplace anchors the family room, leaving plenty of space along the rear wall for a bank of windows to enjoy the view.  The stunning wood kitchen cabinets adds warmth along its portion of the open space, a beautiful backdrop to the extended island with its gleaming granite countertop.   A cozy dining nook with even more windows, rounds out the space.  A perfect place to share a meal, entertain friends and family, or put your feet up and enjoy a movie while the fireplace crackles.

The spacious master suite is a wonderful escape from the every day.  Throw open the impressive double-doors, and sigh in contentment at your relaxing retreat.  This room makes quite an impression with its volume ceiling, oversized walk-in closet and luxurious private bath.  A splendid master bath comforts and pleases with a large shower, double sink vanity and private toilet room.
