Patterson, New York – Patterson, NY is located in Putnam County, not far from the intersection of Routes 684 and 84, near Carmel and Brewster.  We are acquiring 5 homesites on Vista Lane and Longview Drive.  We will be building our exciting, flexible floorplans in an existing neighborhood of beautiful homes.  Choose the floor plan that supports your lifestyle in your choice of materials and finishes.  The quality construction Rieger Homes is known for will be the cornerstone of your new home.

Townsend Street, Beacon – We will be building 13 homes in highly sought after  Beacon, NY.
