Rieger Homes announces construction of Multi-Purpose Building for the Village of Washingtonville!

Rieger Homes is pleased to announce that, in partnership with the Village of Washingtonville, it is constructing a Multi-Purpose Building on Ahern Boulevard in the Village of Washingtonville, near the ball field and the skate board park! This project is related to Highgrove, Rieger’s soon to be started 71 single family home community in the Village, on the adjacent 115 acre parcel. The Multi-Purpose Building will contain a concession stand for the baseball leagues, restrooms and a well pumping and chlorination facility. 
We are proud of our association with the Village of Washingtonville, where we have been building homes for more than 30 years. The Multi-Purpose Building is a great example of what can be accomplished when a municipality and a home builder work together to accomplish something that is a great benefit to the municipality, at minimal cost to the taxpayers
